There were a few negative aspects of my stay at the hotel. the rooms were quite dark and could benefit from brighter lights.

We had an amazing experience at Aurore Paris Gare De Lyon. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, especially when we left a few items behind. They promptly dispatched them to our next hotel without any additional cost to us. The proximity to the train station and various restaurants and cafés made our stay convenient and enjoyable. The front desk staff made us feel welcome and appreciated from the moment we checked in, even though our rooms weren't ready yet. They organized coffee and croissants for us while we waited. The customer service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were dedicated, polite, and very helpful. The family room we rented was a good size and well oriented, with a nice view. The elevator served all floors, including the basement cafeteria, which was excellent for people with reduced mobility. The breakfast offered a large choice, including options for vegetarians. The location was perfect, close to the Botanical Garden, the Seine river, and a stone's throw from Bastille and the train station. There were plenty of restaurants, bistros, and boulangeries nearby. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the train station as well as metro stations, making it easy for us to get around this city. We were also pleased to find that there was a Monop supermarket nearby.
